Such a large number of small droplets will transition to the molten pool, the generation of spatter will be greatly reduced, the reduction of spatter, so that welding workers do not need to stop often to clean the welding nozzle, nor do they need to use workers to clean the spatter on the seam, mixed gas welding greatly improves the production efficiency of welding, the use of argon and carbon dioxide mixture welding to reduce the spatter is pure carbon dioxide gas welding beyond reach.
